Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast, cubed
  • 300 grams cauliflower rice
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare your vegetables by chopping the carrots and cubing the chicken.
  2. In your crockpot, add the cubed chicken, cauliflower rice, chopped carrots, and diced onion.
