Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef (chuck or sirloin), cut into cubes
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the beef on all sides over medium heat.
  3. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, and minced garlic into the crockpot.
  5. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard, then pour over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot.
