Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 120 ml barbecue sauce
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Black beans for serving
  • Corn for serving
  • Fresh avocado for serving
  • Fresh lime for serving
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the pork shoulder with your favorite spices like cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the crockpot.
