  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray, for greasing

Instructions
