Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef, onions, and bell peppers.
  2. In a bowl, combine the beef strips, sliced onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. With 15 minutes left of cooking, add sliced provolone cheese on top of the beef filling.
