Ingredients

  • 680g beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 500ml beef broth
  • 250g egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the beef chunks over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add the chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle the paprika, cumin, and thyme over the ingredients.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and let it cover the mixture.
  6. Stir in the egg noodles and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
