Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
