  • 4 pork chops (about 150g each)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (60ml)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Begin by mixing 1/4 cup of maple syrup and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary and stir to combine.
