Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 600 grams)
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (approximately 240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (approximately 120 ml)
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
