  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 10-12 cabbage leaves
  • 400 grams crushed tomatoes (1 can)
  • 500 milliliters vegetable or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Begin by prepping your ingredients. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.
