Ingredients

  • 500g cooked turkey
  • 400ml chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, sliced
  • 120g biscuit mix
  • 60ml milk
  • 30g butter

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine 500g of cooked turkey, 400ml of chicken broth, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 onion (diced), 2 carrots (sliced), and 2 celery sticks (sliced). Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions (typically with 120g flour, 60ml milk, and 30g butter).
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit batter on top of the turkey mixture, allowing them to spread slightly.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for an additional 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
