  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 240ml BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 400g diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown 500g of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to a crockpot and add 1 diced onion, 2 diced carrots, and 1 diced bell pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 240ml of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
