Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups bread, cubed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crockpot by greasing it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add 2 cups of fresh spinach (chopped) and 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture, and stir gently to combine.
