Ingredients

  • 500g diced ham
  • 1kg sliced potatoes
  • 300g shredded cheese
  • 400ml cream of mushroom soup
  • 300ml milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients: diced ham, sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and seasonings.
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add half of the diced ham on top of the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the ham.
  5. Pour half of the cream of mushroom soup over the layered ingredients.
  6. Drizzle half of the milk over the top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ham, cheese, soup, and milk.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and other spices as desired.
  9. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  10. Once cooked, stir gently to combine and serve warm.
