Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, celery)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 500g ground turkey, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup diced bell pepper, and 1 egg.
