  • 450 g smoked sausage
  • 250 g uncooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 500 ml chicken broth
