Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (about 500g)
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cauliflower florets in the crockpot and pour the breadcrumb mixture over them.
  4. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly with the mixture.
