Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis (approximately 600g)
  • 200g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and slicing the zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the zucchini slices in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese and breadcrumb mixture over the first layer of zucchini.
