  • 2 large turkey legs
  • 100ml honey
  • 60ml Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the turkey legs by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine 100ml of honey, 60ml of Sriracha, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to create the glaze.
