Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork loin
  • 120 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4-6 fresh figs, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and chopped fresh rosemary.
