Ingredients

  • 500g lean chicken breast
  • 300g butternut squash
  • 400ml light coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crockpot by setting it to low heat for several hours.
  2. Start by gathering all the ingredients: chicken breast, butternut squash, coconut milk, turmeric, garlic, and seasoning.
  3. Cut the butternut squash into cubes.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot.
