Ingredients

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200g long-grain rice
  • 1 can (300g) cream of mushroom soup
  • 240ml water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 100g buttery crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, layer the uncooked long-grain rice evenly at the bottom.
  2. Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of water and pour it over the chicken and rice.
