Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breasts
  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 250g turmeric rice
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Add rinsed chickpeas, sliced bell pepper, and onion to the crockpot.
