Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 12 large eggs and 1 cup of milk until well combined.
  3. Add in 1 cup diced ham, 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green), 1 cup diced onions, and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
