Ingredients

  • 250 grams stone-ground grits
  • 1 liter water
  • 250 grams breakfast sausage
  • 150 grams sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
