Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 cup of glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rinsed rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain the soaked rice and place it in the crockpot.
