Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 200 g cooked ham, diced
  • 200 g Swiss cheese, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the croissants into halves or quarters and layer them in the crockpot.
  3. Add chopped ham evenly over the croissants.
  4. Sprinkle diced Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
  7. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the egg is set and the croissants are golden brown.
