  • 450 grams collard greens
  • 200 grams smoked ham hock
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 60 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the collard greens thoroughly under cold water to remove any grit. Remove the stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions and garlic until translucent.
