Crockpot Tomato Basil White Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 125ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by rinsing the white fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a crockpot, layer the fish fillets at the bottom.
  3. Pour in the fresh cherry tomatoes around the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the fish and tomatoes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the white wine, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Pour the wine mixture over the fish and tomatoes.
  7. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
