Ingredients

  • 500g lean ground turkey
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 liter vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by browning the lean ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the cooked turkey to the crockpot.
