  • 450g boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 300g mushrooms, sliced
  • 300g pasta (fusilli or rotini works well)
  • 1 can (300g) cream of mushroom soup
  • 240ml chicken broth
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
