Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 Thai chili peppers, sliced
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 20 ml oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine ground pork, chopped garlic, sliced chili peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  4. After cooking, add the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted.
  5. While the pork cooks, prepare jasmine rice according to package instructions.
