Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing and peeling them. Slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and half of the grated cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot, slightly overlapping them.
  5. Pour half of the cream and cheese mixture over the first layer of potatoes.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes and cream mixture.
