Ingredients

  • 500g beef (flank or sirloin)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 200g bok choy
  • 150g ramen noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the beef thinly against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, sear the beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the seared beef to your crockpot.
  4. Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and broth to the crockpot.
  5. Add the bok choy on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
