Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg beef brisket
  • 3 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing together ground coffee, cocoa powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Rub this mixture all over the beef brisket, ensuring it's evenly coated.
