Ingredients

  • 500g beef (chuck or brisket)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
  • 250g ramen noodles
  • 200g bok choy (chopped)
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Nori sheets for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, sear the beef on all sides until browned (about 2-3 minutes each side).
  3. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  4. Add the sliced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, and sesame oil into the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
