Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 4 cups of milk (or a milk alternative), 2 cups of fresh blueberries, and 1/2 cup of almond slivers.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
