Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 400g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100ml fresh cream or yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Naan bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and seasoning them with salt, pepper, and garam masala.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the seasoned chicken, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of red chili powder.
