Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (about 900 grams)
  • 1 can (300 grams) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (240 mL) sour cream
  • 2 cups (200 grams) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing and chopping the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased crockpot.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the cauliflower is tender.
  7. Once done, remove the lid and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving. It will thicken up a bit.
