  • 500g boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400ml chicken broth
  • 300ml cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 200g mixed vegetables (carrots, peas)
  • 250g biscuit mix
  • Milk (as required per biscuit mix instructions)

Instructions
