  • 4 cube steaks (around 500g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (5g)
  • 1 cup milk (240ml)
  • Vegetable oil for frying (about 120ml)
