Ingredients

  • 500g shredded chicken
  • 150g carrots, chopped
  • 100g celery, chopped
  • 150g onion, chopped
  • 200g frozen corn
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 300g cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 250g biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables: carrots, celery, and onion. Set aside.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the chopped vegetables, shredded chicken, corn, and herbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings until well combined.
  4. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, add biscuit dough on top of the stew.
