Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 3 cups water or almond milk
  • 2 medium pears
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water until it runs clear.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the rinsed quinoa, 3 cups of water or almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
