  • 1.5 kg pork roast
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 ml apple cider or juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp caraway seeds
