Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg turkey breast
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, orange juice, and orange zest.
