  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams carrots, chopped

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
