Ingredients

  • 500g tortellini
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 200g artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In the crockpot, combine cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
