Ingredients

  • 400 g spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 200 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crockpot by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed and drained spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Transfer the spinach mixture into the greased crockpot, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and the remaining cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the spinach mixture.
