Ingredients

  • 227g cream cheese
  • 120ml sour cream
  • 60ml mayonnaise
  • 300g fresh spinach, chopped
  • 100g fresh kale, chopped
  • 200g canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine 227g of cream cheese, 120ml of sour cream, and 60ml of mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add 300g of chopped fresh spinach, 100g of chopped kale, and 200g of canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped). Stir to combine.
  3. Season with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of salt, and ½ tsp of black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until heated through and creamy.
  5. For a cheesy finish, stir in 100g of grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.
  6. Serve warm with an assortment of fresh vegetables, sliced bread, or crackers.
