  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • Chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes, then place them in the crockpot.
  2. Add the minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Once cooked, mash the potatoes directly in the crockpot using a potato masher.
